Murder accused Khadgi sent to judicial custody
POKHARA: The District Court, Kaski on Tuesday sent Kritan Khadgi, who is accused of murdering Neha Pun of Nayagaun, Pokhara, to judicial custody.
Family members of Pun on Sunday had filed an FIR against Khadgi accusing him of murdering Pun.
A single bench of Judge Shekhar Paudel ordered the mudered accused youth to be sent to the judicial custody, a court official Dinbandu Baral informed.
Government attorney Ganga Pudel and lawayers Surendra Thapa Magar, Sarita Thapa, Shova Parajuli, Binita Nepal and Sarala Kumari Pandey had adovated from the side of Pun.While, lawer Durgesh Raj Panta had advocated for Khadgi.
Pun’s half-naked body was recovered nearby her home on February 2.
