3 Maoists thrashed

ACHHAM: Cadres of CPN-UML thrashed three cadres of UCPN-Maoist as they greeted Home Minister Bhim Rawal with black flags here on Monday. Govinda Saud, central member YCL, UCPN-M area member Kalsingh Dhami and district member Dharma Sanjal were injured in the incident.

Accident claims life

TANAHUN : A person was killed while two others injured when a jeep en route to Bandipur from Dharampani met with an accident at Bahun Bhanjyang of Bandipur-5 on Sunday afternoon. The dead is Atish Shahi, 17, of Bandipur-3, police said.
