LAMJUNG: The 12th National Buddhist Conference is to be held in Lamjung on April 6 and 7.

The conference is being organised in joint coordination of the central office and Lamjung district office of Dharmodaya Sabha, which is registered as the National Buddhist Organisation of Nepal. It is also the regional centre of the World Fellowship of Buddhists (WFB).

Central vice-chair of the organisation, Keshav Man Shakya, said that the conference being held in Lamjung would help boost tourism development in the district.

Prime Minister KP Sharma will be inaugurating the programme on April 6.
