The Supreme Court today said the ongoing investigation by the Nepal Bar Association into the verdict regarding the British druglord Gordon William Robinson was invalid. The court, however, did not order the NBA to stop its probe as demanded by advocate Subodh Napit. A single bench of justice Badri Kumar Basnet issued the order. "There is no need to issue show cause notices against the NBA and its committees as the investigation is not legitimate," states the judgement.
