KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel has stressed on the unity among the people against political instability.

Speaking in a programme organized by the NC Central Work Execution Committee in view of the preparation of election manifesto Friday, leader Poudel shared that the NC was fighting for democracy against Ranarchy, party-less Panchyat system and monarchy.

Therefore no forces could weaken it, he argued.

On another note, he added that the communists never could be democrat, therefore; democratic forces should be united for the sake of democracy.

Leader Poudel suggested the manifesto preparation team to incorporate the provision of good governance, equality and justice to all and the development of agriculture and tourism sectors.

NC is preparing election manifesto under the leadership of party leader Mahesh Acharya.
