KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) Vice President Ram Chandra Poudel extended wishes to all the Nepali people living in and outside the country on the occasion of the Bada Dashain festival.

Stating that the federal democratic republic constitution of Nepal has been promulgated for the first time through the Constituent Assembly as per people's wishes, Poudel pointed out the need to take the country towards the path of economic prosperity after proper implementation of the constitution.

He also appealed to all to fulfill the responsibility of building nation after resolving the political logjam facing Nepal through dialogue.
