KATHMANDU, APRIL 25
The national active Covid-19 caseload of Nepal has reached 390, on Tuesday as 136 persons tested positive for the infection in past 24 hours.
The nationwide COVID-19 infection tally remains at 1,002,754 while the death toll remains at 12,027 as one fatality was recorded today.
Meanwhile, the total coronavirus recoveries stand at 990,337 with 64 discharges logged today.
As per the latest data provided by the health ministry, a total of 1,591 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours of which 1,019 were PCR tests while 572 were antigen tests.
With this, a total of 6,032,345 PCR tests have been carried out till date.
Similarly, antigen tests confirmed 44 positive case in the past 24 hours. Nepal's Covid-19 recovery rate stands at 98.7%, while the fatality rate stands at 1.2%.
Currently, there are no individuals in any quarantine facilities across Nepal.
