NHRC to help ease fuel crisis

Kathmandu, February 22:

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) today said that it would intervene to ensure smooth supply of petroleum products in the country.

“We will discuss the issue of fuel shortage and its impact on the people with government authorities as the shortage of such basic needs has been making people’s lives miserable,” Kedar Nath Upadhayaya, NHRC chairman, said addressing a function here today.

During the function member of the NHRC, Gauri Pradhan, said that the government should be serious to resolve the fuel crisis.
