GORKHA: Minister for Federal Affairs, Constituent Assembly, Parliamentary Affairs and Culture Dr Minendra Rijal today denied rumours that another coalition government was in the making prior to the promulgation of the new constitution.The present government would promulgate new constitution, he said.

Rijal’s statement comes at a tie when the Unified CPN-Maoist and some NC lawmakers- are demanding an alternative to the present coalition. “The Maoists should be taught to be disciplined, though,” he said.
