‘No compromise on sovereignty’

Dhangadhi, January 8

Rastriya Janamorcha Chairman and Deputy Prime Minister Chitra Bahadur KC on Friday said he would not stay in the government by compromising sovereignty of the country.

Speaking to party cadres during third district convention in Dhangadhi of Kailali, DPM KC expressed his dissatisfaction over the constitution amendment bill tabled in the Parliament. “International forces have ordered the government to forward the constitution amendment process. But I have not given my consent.

Our party will regularly be pointing fingers at the government for its wrongdoings, said KC. He also accused the leaders of Madhesi forces of hatching conspiracy to spread communal disharmony among the people of Tarai and the hills.
