DOLAKHA: Dolakha received heavy snowfall for the second time on Friday within a wee severely affecting normal life in the district.

The district had earlier received such snowfall on Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon. Places like Jiri, Cherdung, Mali, Kalinchowk Gaurishankar, Kharidhunga have received heavy snowfall.

Transportation on the Charikot-Kathmandu road was obstructed for some time due to the snow piled up on the road at Kharidhunga.

Meanwhile, the snowfall has brought cheers to the local hoteliers and potato farmers.
