NSP eyes ‘big win’ in elections
Syangja, January 9:
The Nepal Samata Party (NSP) will field candidates in all 45 municipalities for the upcoming civic elections, NSP chairman and minister of Land Reforms and Management, Narayan Singh Pun, has said.
Inaugurating the district office of the party in Syangja yesterday, Pun claimed: “Our candidates will win top posts in over 15 municipalities.”
The NSP has formed 66 district committees, Pun said. Instead of criticising the major parties, the NSP has been suggesting them to do away with their weaknesses, he said.
The party has prepared plans and programmes to run the affairs of the state, he said, adding: “We will construct motorable roads in every corner of the nation if our party wins the elections.”
