On average, Bara witnesses five deaths in road accidents each month
BARA: Official statistics reveal that as many as 36 persons have died in road accidents in seven months of the current fiscal in Bara district alone.
Apart from the deaths, the district witnessed 89 accidents in which 74 persons were injured with 47 of them suffering critical injuries.
According to Bara District Police Office, motorcycle accidents have caused most fatalities followed by truck and tankers with majority of the incidents occurring out of driver’s negligence.
