Bangkok: Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala has said a provision allowing Nepalis living abroad to exercise their franchise would be considered as the Nepalis living abroad were the real ambassadors of Nepal. NUWAKOT: Three persons, including a pregnant woman, were killed and seven others injured when they were struck by lightning at Shikarbensi-4, Nuwakot, on Thursday night.
