BARA: A police constable posted at Security Base Camp, Kalaiya, has committed suicide. Constable Prakash Kharel shot himself by his own rifle on Thursday evening, police source informed. Post mortem of the body has been done at Narayani Sub Regional Hospital, Birgunj.
