Maoists bomb school
DAMAK: Property worth Rs 200,000 was damaged when a group of Maoists detonated a pressure cooker bomb on the premises of Suryodaya Boarding School, Damak-10, Jhapa on Friday. According to Bini Fred, principal of the school, the explosion damaged main office and two rooms of the school. — HNS
Wild mushroom kills 1
TANSEN: A woman who had fallen sick on Thursday after consuming poisonous wild mushroom died while undergoing treatment at Palpa Mission Hospital on Friday. Nanisara Gaha of Tansen municipality-10, Khalluk Dhara, died on Friday morning. She was one among the 19 people who had fallen sick due to mushroom poisoning. — HNS

Tiger kills man
