Bomb hoax

BHAKTAPUR: Police disposed of a bag said to be containing a bomb that was found on a bus coming from Janakpur near Manohara bridge at Bhaktapur on Saturday. An unidentified person had tipped off bus owner Ram Shankar Mishra regarding the ‘bomb’. The bomb disposal units of Nepali Army and Nepal Police were involved in the exercise. The suspected material kept inside a bag was brought out of the bus and disposed of around 3 pm. Due to the incident, traffic on the route was disrupted for about an hour.
