LAHAN: A youth was electrocuted at Pokharbhinda VDC in Siraha district on Saturday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Santosh Kumar Yadav (19) of Pokharbhindi VDC-9, according to the Area Police Office, Maheshpurpatar.

The incident took place while he was installing an electrical wire at his home.

Police said that Yadav breathed his last on the way to a hospital.
