NAWALPARASI: A man was killed when he was hit by a bus in Tilakpur 6, Nawalparasi along the East-West Highway on Monday night.

According to the police the deceased has been identified as Dal Bahadur Thapa 25, a local resident of Harakatta, Ramnagar 1. They added that the bus was heading to Narayanghad from Butwal.

A search is underway to find the absconding driver.
