WALING: One-way vehicular movement along the Siddhartha Highway has resumed from 7 am on Saturday.

The Highway was obstructed due to a landslide at Kalimati of Waling-5 in Syangja district early this morning.

Police Inspector Uttam Prakash Baral of the Ward Police Office said that hundreds of vehicles stranded due to Highway obstruction have headed towards their respective destinations.

Baral said that it would take a couple of days to resume two-way traffic as a huge landslide has occurred at Kalimati.

He added that efforts are underway to clear landslide debris from the road.
