Online portal launched to ease matchmaking

Inaugurating the online, National Assembly Member Komal Oli said that youths could promote Nepal’s identity reflected it its art, culture and religion. “Although I’m affiliated with the communist party, I’m firm in my faith in Hindu religion and karmakanda,” she said. She further hoped that the website would help find prospective life partners for those who are thinking of marriage with reliable information.

Online matchmaking is a new concept for Nepal but such sites are very popular in India.
