LAMJUNG: The number of inmates in Lamjung Prison, greater than its capacity, is troubling the jailbirds.

As many as 73 inmates are staying in the prison that has the capacity of 25 only.

The inmates are having trouble to get space to sleep and sit as well as for toilets.

Jailer Kajiman Sunwar informed that the prison has erected tents and huts of corrugated sheets outside the jailhouse to create more space to sleep and sit.

Out of 73 inmates, there are 62 are males, nine are females and two children.
