KATHMANDU: The Parliament on Monday formed a 61-member "Legislature-Parliament Regulations Drafting Committee". The Parliament endorsed the proposal of the committee proposed by Nepali Congress Chief Whip Chin Kaji Shrestha and seconded by Unified CPN-Maoist Girirajmani Pokharel and CPN-UML Whip Gokul Prasad Gharti.
