Kathmandu, August 15 :

A Rhino Conservation Coordination Committee (RCCC) has been formed in Sauraha of Chitwan, the WWF Nepal stated in a press release issued here today.

The committee was formed following the conclusion of a two-day programme on the condition of rhino conservation.

The committee comprises representatives of political parties, Buffer Zone Management Committee (BZMC), partner organisations, media, Hotel Association of Nepal, FECOFUN, among others.

“The committee will review policies, coordinate among partners, monitor rhino conservation activities, and organise meetings on rhino conservation,” the WWF Nepal said in the release.
