Kathmandu: Chairman of Legislature Parliament Regulation Drafting Committee Radheshyam Adhikari tabled the draft regulation at the House meeting on Thursday.

The draft has attached two different opinions on the strength of the Parliamentary Hearing Special Committee as ruling parties and the main opposition stuck to their stances for making it 15-member body and 73-member body, respectively.

If the parties fails to forge consensus on the issue, the full House will settle it through voting.
