Nepali Congress has nominated Bhesh Bahadur Poudel and Indira Tiwari to contest for the posts of mayor and deputy mayor, respectively in Besisahar Municipality in Lamjung.

The NC has also nominated Badriman Shrestha and Gyanu Shah for the posts of mayor and deputy mayor, respectively of Sundar Bazaar Municipality.

Similarly, Rameshraj Pandey and Sita Shahi have been nominated for the posts of mayor and deputy mayor of Central Nepal Municipality, respectively and Ganesh Chiluwal and Dhan Kumari Gurung have been nominated as mayor and deputy mayor, respectively of Rainas Municipality.

The CPN-UML and CPN-Maoist Centre, through the parties’ election alliance, have nominated Janak Raj Mishra and Shanta Bhujel for the posts of mayor and deputy mayor respectively for Sundar Bazaar Municipality. Mohan Hari Poudel and Raj Kumar Shrestha have been nominated for mayoral and deputy mayoral posts respectively for Central Nepal Municipality and Singh Bahadur Thapa and Pushraj Khanal have been nominated for mayor and deputy mayor of Rainas Municipality. Guman Sing Aryal and Laxmi Adhikari have been nominated for mayor and deputy mayor of Besisahar.

Rastriya Prajatantra Party has nominated Ram Bahadur Thapa, Rajendra Laudari, Nawaraj Bastola and Shree Prasad Ghimire for the post of mayor of Besisahar, Rainas, Sundar Bazaar and Central Nepal Municipality, respectively.

Similarly, through the election alliance, Federal Socialist Forum Nepal and Naya Shakti Nepal have nominated Rishi Pokhrel for mayor of Sundar Bazaar Municipality, Geharaj Poudel for Central Nepal Municipality, Rekhi Gurung for Dudhpokhari Rural Municipality, Bhakta Raj Gurung for Dordi Rural Municipality and Basu Thapa for Marsyandi Rural Municipality.
