PM Dahal briefs President Bhandari about his upcoming India visit
KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Tuesday briefed President Bidya Devi Bhandari about his upcoming state visit to India.
Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, Minister for Foreign Affairs Prakash Sharan Mahat, secretaries at the Office of the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other senior government officials were also present on the occasion.
Minister Mahat, who returned from India today itself, briefed President Bhandari about his engagements in New Delhi.
Prime Minister Dahal is scheduled to embark on a four-day India visit on Thursday, September 15.
Meanwhile, Vice President Pun is flying to Venezuela tomorrow evening to take part in the 17th Non-Aligned Summit, leading a Nepali delegation.
Pun will return home on September 21, according to his office.
