KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 27

In a bid to foster a political environment ahead of the March 5 House of Representatives (HoR) election, the government held a discussion with the CPN-UML.

Prime Minister Sushila Karki met with UML leaders at her official residence in Baluwatar on Thursday.

The meeting was attended by PM Karki and Communications and Information Technology Minister Jagdish Kharel on behalf of the government, while General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali, and central member Mahesh Bartaula represented the UML.

According to the Prime Minister's Secretariat, the discussion focused on issues pertaining to the upcoming HoR election.
