PN Campus FSU polls tomorrow

The Free Student Union polls scheduled for the day after tomorrow has heated up the atmosphere at Prithvi Narayan Multiple Campus, Pokhara.
Candidates of various student organisations have already filed their nominations for the polls. According to the election commission, ANNFSU, NSU, NSU affiliated to NC democratic, ANNFSU (United) and National Democratic Student Council are contesting the polls.As in other campuses, the competition in PN Campus is between ANNFSU and NSU. PN Campus, in which over 10,000 students study, has been recognised as the stronghold of ANNFSU for long time.
Sobhiyat Dhakal has been leading the ANNFSU while Kamal Mani Dhakal is his rival from NSU.
Likewise, Navin Sigdel is leading NSU affiliated to NC Democratic, Nawraj Dhungana ANNFSU (United) and Raju Dhakal NDSC.
Earlier, the FSU polls scheduled for February 26, had been postponed in PN Campus after all the members of the election commission resigned due to threat from the pro-Maoist ANNISU (R).
