Chitwan, February 13:

CPN (Maoist) leader Ram Bahadur Thapamagar (Badal) said today that the constituent assembly election is a weapon against the reactionaries. Badal said this at a programme organised to mark the 13th anniversary of the armed revolt of the CPN (Maoist) and inaugural programme of the eighth district conference of the All Nepal Women’s Association (R ) Chitwan, in Narayangarh.

Stating that the CA election is also a movement, he said this movement will establish our rights and make us the master of our destiny. He said there is no confusion at all whether the CA election will be held, and added that the reactionaries were casting aspersions on

the possibility of holding the election after seeing their defeat at the upcoming election.
