Ratna Nagar, September 23 :

General Secretary of the Nepali Congress Ram Chandra Poudel has called for caution against the royalists who might increase their activities in the present situation.

General Secretary Poudel said this while speaking at an interaction on ‘Role of Nepali Congress in the Present Situation’ and a friends’ get together function to exchange greetings organized on the occasion of Bijaya Dashami and Deepawali here today.

Poudel also called on the Maoists to abandon the politics of arms and join in the open and peaceful political activities.

On unification of two Nepali Congress parties, he said the unification should be done by considering party interests rather than personal interests.
