Prachanda suggests VP to quit

BUTWAL: Chairman of UCPN-Maoist Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ on Wednesday suggested Vice President (VP) Parmananda Jha to quit from his post rather than taking a fresh oath in Nepali. Speaking at a programme in Butwal, Prachanda said it would be better to quit on the moral grounds rather be in the centre of controversy. He expected that the present political crisis looming in the country can be solved through a debate in the parliament. He reiterated that he was not ready to negotiate with any one on the President's "unconstitutional" move. Dahal claimed Kapilbastu incident as a conspiracy by the regressive forces.
