President Ramchandra Paudel on Thursday certified four bills passed by the Federal Parliament, paving the way for their implementation.
According to the Office of the President, the endorsed legislation includes the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083, the Prevention of Money Laundering (Third Amendment) Bill, 2083, the Cooperatives (First Amendment) Bill, 2083, and the Bill to Amend Certain Nepal Acts Related to Institutes of Health Science.
The bills were forwarded to the President's Office after being endorsed by the Federal Parliament earlier on Thursday.
They were certified in accordance with constitutional provisions, the President's Office said.
