KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has extended his best wishes to all Hindu Nepalis on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivaratri.

In a message of best wishes on Monday, PM Deuba expressed hope that the festival may help strengthen and increase mutual cooperation, harmony and fraternity among all the Nepalis, and help take the country to prosperity.
