Rabiraj, November 8:

The District Development Committee, Saptari, has constituted an investigation committee and frozen a bank account opened for the construction of a women’s hostel for the Mahendra Bindeswori Multiple Campus in Rajbiraj with the Indian embassy’s assistance.

The bank account at the Rastriya Banijya Bank was frozen following complaints from student unions and locals that the construction work was not up to the mark, said DDC Chairman Muktinath Mandal.
