KATHMANDU: Members of the sub-committee of the Parliamentary Education and Health Committee could not receive copies of the draft bill on education reforms after agitating government employees left the office at 4:00pm.

After the government decided to stop overtime allowance, the government employees have been attending their office only from 10:00am to 4:00pm in protest.

Only the committee’s secretary Jib Raj Budathoki was present after 4:00pm.
