BIRGUNJ: Indian nationals on Thursday morning attacked cadres of the agitating United Democratic Madheis Front (UDMF) at Birgunj-Raxaul border point in Parsa district.

Police said that Rekha Sah of Tarai Madhes Democratic Party and Shaturghan Yadav were injured in the attack.

They are receiving treatment at the Narayani Sub-Regional Hospital, police informed.

The reason behind the attack is yet to be ascertained.
