RAUTAHAT: The death toll caused by extreme cold in Rautahat has reached 19 as two more people succumbed to cold wave on Saturday night.

According to District Police Office, the victims were identified as 55-year-old Asarfi Baitha, an organised member of CPN-UML of Gadimai Municipality, and 15-year-old Manisha Shah of Katahariya Municipality.
