Rautahat scribes held for ogranising demonstration in prohibited area
RAUTAHAT: Police on Friday arrested eight media persons for staging a demonstration in the prohibited area in Gaur of Rautahat.
The media persons have demanded that the government guarantee full press freedom and protect human rights.
They have also urged the government to hold talks with the protesters at the earliest.
It has been learned that they have been kept at the District Police Office, Rautahat.
