TANAHUN: Red cards were distributed to earthquake survivors in Arunodaya VDC, south of the district.

The households that had their houses fully damaged in the April 25 earthquake and subsequent aftershocks received the red card, according to VDC Secretary Krishna Raj Timsena.

The VDC has also distributed Rs. 15,000 to each of the 52 households for the construction of temporary houses. A total of 66 houses were completely damaged in the quake in the VDC.
