DAMAK: The issuance of identification cards for Bhutanese refugees at the Damak-based Beldangi camp was completed on Friday. Official at the refugee coordination unit office Khem Raj Khanal said 15,000 IDs were issued to refugees at the camp. The IDs would also be issued to refugees at two other camps at Beldangi from Monday, he added. Meanwhile, five Bhutanese refugees were detained for threatening DP Moktan of the camp.
