RAJBIRAJ: District Security Committee Saptari on Sunday decided to declare a section along the East-West Highway as indefinite riot-hit zone until further notice. Saptari DAO stated that riot-hit zone has been declared along the East-West Highway from Koshi barrage in the east to Balan River in the west from 7:00pm to 7:00am. The decision does not permit rally, demonstration, meeting and gathering exceeding five people along the highway.
