Rastriya Prajatantra Party led by Pashupati Shumsher Rana, in a statement on Sunday, said the upcoming peace agreement should specify in clear terms that unofficial use of arms would be punishable. Such a provision to bring those using and flaunting arms into book should be included in the agreement, said the statement. The party called on the Maoists to “commit to transform into a party that will only embrace ideologies”.
