Rs 13m Indian aid for school

Kathmandu, July 13:

The Embassy of India today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the District Development Committee (DDC) and Shree Janata Lower Secondary School (SJLSS) at Nawalparashi to provide a grant assistance of Rs 13 million for the construction of the school’s new building and a compound wall.

A press release issued by the embassy said: “The project will help the school address its current space constraint”. The embassy said it will provide infrastructure to fit with the school’s high educational standards and growing number of students.
