BHAKTAPUR: The family of Sagar Pariyar today lodged a complaint with the Chief District Officer in Bhaktapur. Suman Thapa Chhetri, ward in-charge of Chittapole-9 of the YCL had assaulted the family on Wednesday night. Suman had assaulted Shree Ram Pariyar and Shree Krishna Pariyar, and had threatened to kill them. Sagar married Sangita Thapa Chhetri, three months ago. The couple had sought help from the Bhaktapur District Administration Office on December 15 for their rehabilitation in their own village.
