KATHMANDU, MAY 5
Samarthguru Sangh Nepal, a non-profit spiritual and social organization, is set to conduct a series of training programs on stress management and self-development in the coming weeks in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
Organized in response to rising levels of stress, mental fatigue, and declining personal well-being in today's fast-paced society, the programs aim to support individuals in cultivating inner balance, productivity, and personal growth, according to Manju Sharma, President and National Co-ordinator at the Samarthguru Sangh Nepal.
The organization will host three upcoming events-Dhyan Yog, Dharma Drishti, and Prem Pragya-designed to help individuals enhance peace of mind, productivity, and emotional resilience. The programs are rooted in scientific and meditative practices inspired by the philosophies of Osho and focus on harmonizing spiritual and practical aspects of life, Sharma added.
The Dhyan Yog and Dharma Drishti programs will be conducted in Kathmandu on Baisakh 29–31 (May 11–13) at Hotel Himalaya, Kupondole. The sessions are non-residential and open to anyone interested in meditation, leadership development, and inner balance.
According to Sharma, Dhyan Yog incorporates Omkar-based meditation techniques to overcome stress, frustrations, laziness and poor workplace relationships through meditation, yoga and interactive sessions, while Dharma Drishti explores Dharma as the art of living beautifully and in harmony with the universe, as viewed by Osho.
For a deeper experience, Prem Pragya, a residential and recreational retreat, will take place in Pokhara at Mount Glory Resort from Jestha 1–3 (May 14–16). This retreat blends meditation, music, and creative techniques to foster love, health, and connection with universal energy.
According to the organizers, these programs are intended for individuals and institutions seeking structured approaches to improve mental well-being and overall productivity.
