The Supreme Court orders government to grant affiliation to B & C Medical College in Birtamod, Jhapa on Monday.
Justices Dr. Kumar Chudal and Saranga Subedi issued an order in the name of the government to grant affiliation to B & C Medical College of Birtamod, Jhapa.
SC spokesperson Bed Prasad Upreti shared that the verdict was handed down on Monday, instructing the government to provide affiliation to the college for offering medical courses. The full text of the verdict will be available later.
Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain had filed a writ petition at the SC in 2077 BS, seeking an order to grant affiliation to his college.
