Pawan Kumar Agrawal, the chairman of Sunsari Chambers of Commerce (SCCI) and Industries, arrested for his involvement in the murder of businessman and journalist Khagendra Shrestha was released today. The Biratnagar Appellate Court ordered his release saying there was no reason to keep him in custody. Meanwhile, a report from Hetauda said the Appellate Court, Hetauda, has issued order to released four leaders who were being imprisoned illegally.
