SEE Day I: Sacks of cheating materials seized in Mahottari

MAHOTTARI: No sooner had the nationwide Secondary Education Examinations (SEE) begun today than nine sacks of notes and books to be used for cheating were confiscated from exam centers in the district on Thursday.

On the first day of the exams, the students had taken the Compulsory English examination.

Examinees about to enter 28 different exam centers across the district were frisked at the gates and the police had seized the crib sheets from them.

The Mahottari District Education Office stated that the police personnel and exam administrators deployed at the exam centres had carried out the checks and confiscated books and reference papers as well from the candidates.
