Samarpan society felicitates luminariesKathmandu, April 11Senior musician Nati Kaji, Singer Tara Devi and poet Madhav Ghimire were felicitated at a programme organised by Samarpan Society Service here on Thursday. Also released at the programme was a collection of poetry ‘Astha Khoji Rahechha’ and a music album ‘Amulya’.Among singers and musicians who were presented prizes for their contribution for the making of the music album, were Shila Bahadur Moktan, Uday Sotang, Ram Krishna Dhakal, Yam Baral and Pavitra Subba.Speaking at the programme, poet Madhav Ghimire said that the responsibility of singers and musicians is to spread music not just in Nepal but throughout the world.
